- Wednesday—Volunteering with MfSC: Gardening Workshop, a gentle space for those experiencing loss and change. Registration preferred, find the link in our LinkTree!
- Thursday--a contemplative walk with a focus on forests. Learn about forest bathing, engage in some reflective exercises, and enjoy the time outdoors.
Note that this walk will be on the mountain and will involve an up-hill path. Please let us know if you have any accessibility needs.
