TODAY IS THE LAST DAY TO JOIN OUR WINE TEAM!

If you like our club and would like to help us plan future events, we invite you to join any of our Subcommittees. If you are interested in being a part of any of these subcommittees send us a short message explaining why you are interested and how you can help the club to: [email protected]
Applications will be open until October 23rd inclusively. We will reply to your application email with a doodle link with possible interview slots for you to choose from (many interviews will be through Skype and they are not long). If you don't receive a reply before Tuesday October 24th please contact us through Facebook.

-Suggest & organize events (conferences, workshops, etc.)
-Administer the events (research and select venue, take care of room rentals, manage volunteers, etc.)
-Manage tickets sales

SPONSORSHIP:
-Find sponsors for events
-Book guest speakers
-Research & contact possible partner businesses
-Provide the club with sponsored gifts (ex: wine bottles, etc.)

MEDIA & MARKETING:
-Manage social media of the MSWS
-Update the website
-Advertise the Club in its whole within McGill as well as externally (local and maybe even internationally)
-Manage photos and promotional videos and other media
-Event promotion (external and internal)
