406 5th Ave NW, or as we fondly refer to it, “The Brick House”, is located 7 1/2
blocks from SIAST, a ten minute walk or a 4 minute drive. The Brick House was constructed in 1911 for a prominent early Moose Jaw businessman. In early 2014 the top two floors have been converted to shared housing for Saskatchewan Polytechnic students

ar fridge, internet
(wireless)
• All utilities are included, as well as a weekly cleaning service for all common
areas.
• Kitchen is equipped with lockable cupboards assigned to each room, and equipped with
all common pots, pans , dishwasher, microwave, common fridge, etc.


• Separate laundry facilities on the 3rd floor for students.
• Common TV area is supplied with cable and Netflix
• A cleaning service is supplied to clean bathrooms and common areas only, once
per week. All of the above is supplied at the rate of $500.00 per month, payable on the
first via preauthorized debit, plus a $400 security deposit due when room is
committed.
