June marks a time of celebration and solidarity with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community at Sheridan and around the world.

At our annual Pride Flag raising, we proudly raised the Two-Spirit Intersex Inclusive Pride flag across our campuses, recognizing the intersection of Pride and Indigenous History Month, and honouring the identities, histories and contributions of Two-Spirit, intersex and 2SLGBTQIA+ communities.

At Sheridan, we’re proud to create spaces where everyone can be seen, supported and celebrated, exactly as they are. 💙

Our Faculty of Applied Science and Technology students brought their skills, passion and hard work to the Skills Canada / Compétences Canada National Competition and made us incredibly proud on the national stage.

Our Faculty of Applied Science and Technology students are back on the competition floor today at Skills Canada Nationals, continuing to showcase their talent, precision and hard work on the national stage.

👀 You may even spot a few pieces of equipment with our logo — these were loaned to Skills Canada for use throughout the competition.

Students, faculty, government and community partners came together inside our Magna Skilled Trades Centre to highlight the importance of creating opportunities for future generations — including women pursuing careers in the skilled trades.
