✨ The Basket Making workshop was incredible! 🧺 Everyone had a blast and left with their very own handmade baskets to take home. 🙌

A big thank you to our amazing facilitator, Bonnie Hill, for guiding us through the process. The instructions were clear, and she was so attentive to everyone’s individual needs! 🌿

We started the workshop with a beautiful Thanksgiving Address in Oneida, then dove into weaving the base of our baskets. These Haudenosaunee feasting baskets, made from Black Ash, are traditionally used for food preparation and storage. 🌰🍞

Participating in these traditional practices helps preserve our culture and reinforces the bonds of community. 🫶
