It's been a week of intensive composing, producing and mixing at Sheridan studios in a very limited time. Preparation, creativity, efficiency, good communication, motivation, and many more things are involved in this process, and our students had the chance to do it all themselves. A good production is the result of a careful and tasteful blend of various elements that contribute to the narrative of a unique story. "Guardians" has been awarded for Best Non-fiction Production at the Sheridan Screen Awards 2022.

We want to start the week with amazing news!

Meet Pete Zhao, our student at the MSSS program who has been awarded Best Film Score at the Tokyo International Film Festival.
Congratulations to Pete for his amazing music, and to Lucas Di Mascio who worked as Mixing engineer. Also congrats to the talented team behind “Inner Balance” as they are now Official Selection 2022 for the festival.
