Congratulations to all those that participated in the Durham College Wellness Challenge starting January 12th and ending April 2nd, 2015 (90 days). The winners of the challenge are:

Congratulations to everyone that took part in the Durham College Wellness Challenge!

It has been great to see, for the past 90 days, staff members from around the college have participated in a variety of individual and team challenges including social, physical, intellectual, environmental and financial well-being.

We would like to invite those who participated to attend the Durham College Wellness Challenge Finale Celebration April 14 at 3 p.m. in the Student Services building (SSB), Room SSB113A.

During the celebration, we will draw the names of the winners. There will be first, second and third place gift baskets to be won as well as runner-up prizes.

Please remember to submit your tracking sheet as soon as possible to Jennifer Gibbs, manager, Employee Development and Wellness to [email protected] or by interoffice mail in order to be entered into the draws.

Yes, I know it's cold but the weather is supposed to warm up this week! So your individual challenge is to do something active 2 days/week with your spouse or a friend E.g. Go for a walk, take a Zumba class, weekend yard work, whatever you like!
