Hello, I hope that your summer is going great ! We are currently in the midst of recruiting executive members for the club in order to become a society for the coming school year. We are currently looking to filled positions for the VP of Operations, VP of Marketing, and VP of Events.
VP of Operations
• Works with Communications, Marketing, President to design calendar of events for the club, develop workshops, tutorials, speaker events and external events
• Develops concise coordination of all subgroups within the club
• Works with the VP of Communications to outreach initiatives to companies, organizations and conferences/competitions
• Aids in recruitment of open positions and responsible for managing club organizational side
VP of Marketing
• In charge of brand development and marketing club on campus
• Maintains outreach presence of Investment Club within the finance industry
• Works with VP of Operations to organize galas, events, conferences, and speaker events
• In charge of advertising open positions
• Works closely with the VP of Communications for event promotion
• Works with the VP of Operations to implement marketing strategies
VP of Events
• In charge of weekly updates about event forms submitted to the Student Association and reporting these updates to the Vice-President
• Responsible for submitting forms a month before the event is decided
• Maintains relations of the club with the SA to keep up with our upcoming events
• Responsible for event bookings through the Student Association
