“Music Free” Day at the FLEX Fitness Centre 👉 Thursday, May 28 in observance of 2026.

From open to close, we’ll be creating a calmer workout environment with reduced-volume lo-fi music to create a more relaxed atmosphere for our community. 🎶

For many neurodivergent individuals, loud, fast-paced gym environments can feel overwhelming. By lowering the volume and creating a more predictable soundscape, we hope to support focus, comfort, accessibility, and movement that feels good for everybody. 👏

Tomorrow, we hit the ground running for The Million Reasons Run! 🏃

Step 1️⃣: Sign up + join “The FLEX Fitness Centre (DC-OT)” team 👋

Run with us as we complete this month long challenge to raise awareness for children’s hospitals. ✨Please note fundraising is not a requirement of joining this challenge, but rather to challenge yourself to see how many KMs you can achieve in the month of May.

👉 Every step you take this May supports life-saving research at your local children’s hospital, and that’s something worth showing up for.

Step 2️⃣: Track your KMs👟

Starting tomorrow, log your movement by connecting your tracking app or entering your KMs manually. Don’t forget to check the leaderboard to see your impact in action!

Step 3️⃣: Spread the Word 🗣️

A quick share goes a long way! Share your page on social media, send a message to your network, and watch the support roll in. You can compete for fun against yourself and/or the team leaderboard. Encourage your classmates and colleagues to get involved too.

Step 4️⃣: Share your progress 🤳
