Our first Astronomy Night of the 2024-2025 academic year! There’s a partial lunar eclipse happening the evening of the 17th (peaking at 22:40), so come out and join us at the Experimental Farm to enjoy the night sky! 🌖

CU Astro will have telescopes available for you to use, but if you have your own you are more than welcome to bring it! 🔭

We will be set up in the grassy area directly next to the main visitor parking lot of the Experimental Farm.

The location is within easy walking distance of campus if you cross at the locks, but if you chose to walk we highly recommend you bring a flashlight and reflective clothing for the walk back in the dark. 🔦🌑

We hope to CU there! 👁️👁️
