Happy International Women’s Day from uOttawa Bionics! 🦾

We’re proud to be the engineering team with the highest numbers of future female engineers and led by women who are passionate about innovation and impact. It’s truly an honor to work alongside such an inspiring group of young women driven by ambition, curiosity, passion, and the desire to make the world a better place. 🫶

We’re grateful to have created a space where girls in engineering at feel excited, supported, and empowered to be part of something bigger.
Let’s continue to encourage more girls in engineering to join impactful work and truly be part of the change.

For the third year in a row, uOttawa Bionics attended the Canadian Undergraduate Biomedical Engineering Conference in Montreal. This year, over 50 attendees from uOttawa had the chance to connect with industry leaders and fellow students, and explore the latest innovations in medical technology. Here is how it went.

Pour la troisième année consécutive, uOttawa Bionics a participé à la Canadian Undergraduate Biomedical Engineering Conference à Montréal. Cette année, plus de 50 participants de l'Université d'Ottawa ont eu l'occasion de rencontrer des leaders de l'industrie et d'autres étudiants, et d'explorer les dernières innovations en technologie médicale. Date: Saturday, January 31, 2026 Location: Montreal Cost: $24.49 per attendee Transportation included for uOttawa students: When you purchase your ticket through Bionics, round‑trip bus transportation to Montreal is included at no extra cost.

To secure your ticket to the conference AND reserve your spot on the bus please fill out the registration form and pay the registration fee found on the link in the bio.
