Nous sommes ravis d'accueillir Prof. Nkoudou en tant que professeur adjoint en communication organisationnelle au Département de communication.
Spécialiste des humanités numériques, de la communication organisationnelle et de l'éthique de l'intelligence artificielle, Ses travaux s’inscrivent à l’intersection de la communication organisationnelle, de l’intelligence artificielle responsable, des humanités numériques et des études décoloniales. Il s’intéresse particulièrement aux mutations des organisations à l’ère du numérique, à la gouvernance des données, aux algorithmes de recommandation, ainsi qu’aux enjeux d’appropriation de l’IA au sein des organisations.
Ses recherches portent également sur les dynamiques de technocolonialité, la justice cognitive, les communs numériques et les pratiques de médiation des savoirs. Il est reconnu pour son engagement en faveur de la science ouverte et du développement local durable, notamment à travers des initiatives comme le Mboalab.

We are thrilled to welcome Thomas Mboa as a Assistant Professor in Organizational Communication at the Department of Communication
His work lies at the intersection of organizational communication, responsible artificial intelligence, digital humanities, and decolonial studies. He is particularly interested in the transformations of organizations in the digital age, data governance, recommendation algorithms, and the challenges surrounding the appropriation of AI within organizations.
His research also explores the dynamics of technocoloniality, cognitive justice, digital commons, and knowledge mediation practices. He is recognized for his strong commitment to open science and sustainable local development, notably through initiatives such as Mboalab.
