The Unified Support Centre (USC) is a volunteer-based space consisting of the Food Centre service cluster, providing on-campus food support and advocacy through the Emergency Essentials Assistance Program and food-related programming, and the Foot Patrol service cluster, offering evening-focused safety related supports through the Safe Walk, Walk and Talk, Borrow a First Aid Kit, and Guardian Prog

Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) courses are back - with a discounted rate of $150 (taxes included)!

ASIST is a comprehensive, two day course consisting of audiovisuals, discussions, and simulations designed to teach you how to help someone with thoughts or plans of su***de. You will learn how to recognize signs of su***de, provide a skilled intervention, and develop a safety plan to help someone choose to stay alive.

It's here! We're happy to share that we've completed our Borrow a First Aid Kit service revamp by increasing the number of available kits, upgrading the Small and Car kits, and modernizing the inventory list and sign out process.

Borrow a First Aid Kit for up to a month today by completing the Borrow a First Aid Kit Request Form at linktr.ee/usc_cusa or stopping by our office in UC 314!
