Hey guys, Valentine’s day is right around the corner 💌💘 . Did you forget to get a gift for you significant other? Are you unsure of how to ask that special someone to be your valentine? Want to thank your friends for all they do? Or do you just need a sweet treat to take your mind off the stress of midterms?
The UOHISF team has your back! We’ll be hosting our Valentine’s Day rose and bake sale on February 14, 2023 in the 1st floor UCU hallway. We’ll be selling roses, cookies, and cupcakes 🌹🧁 🍪. The best part is that all the proceeds will be donated to the UOHI 🫀 to help improve heart healthcare and research, which is really the best Valentine’s day gift of all.

L'équipe de la FÉICUO est là pour vous! Nous organiserons notre vente de roses et de pâtisseries pour la Saint-Valentin le 14 février 2023 dans le couloir UCU du 1er étage. Nous vendrons des roses, des biscuits et des cupcakes🌹🧁 🍪. La meilleure partie est que tous les profits seront reversés à l'ICUO🫀pour aider à améliorer les soins de santé cardiaque et la recherche, ce qui est vraiment le meilleur cadeau de la Saint-Valentin.

These are the pictures from our November 2022 Scavenger Hunt. Participants worked together in teams to find Heart Health Trivia and compete for a gift card. Congratulations to the winning team and thank you to everyone that attended! We raised donations for the Heart Institute and awareness about the importance of heart health! ❤️🔎🫀

Hi there 🙂 ! Are you looking for a way to destress and move your body🧘🏽‍♀️😌? Come to our relaxing Yoga Class where you will find peace and tranquility🌊🌳. This Yoga Class is on Saturday January 21st from 3-4pm in the UCU terminus (2nd floor of the Jock Turcot building, the square in front of the career corner)! This session will be led by Meghan, our yoga instructor🙋🏼‍♀️. Make sure to sign up with all of your friends, or make new friends at the event! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one, but we will have a few extras. Hi guys, want to solve clues with your friends to win a 100$ gift card? You're in luck! We're hosting a Scavenger Hunt 🧐💰on the UOttawa campus Saturday November 19th from 3-5pm.

Teams of minimum 2 people to maximum 5 people will receive 10 clues to find 10 cards hidden across the campus. Solve the clues to find the cards and race to be the first team to find all 10 cards! The winning team will receive a 100$ electronic gift card to a place of their choosing! The scavenger hunt should last an hour and there will be free snacks provided for a post-game social. We will meet at CRX 308 at 3pm. Each person must purchase a 7$ ticket to participate and please come up with a team name that you will indicate while purchasing 😄 We hope to see you there ready to solve! 🔎🕵️‍♂️🕵️

Bonjour, tu veux résoudre des énigmes avec tes ami.e.s pour gagner une carte cadeau de 100$? Vous avez de la chance! Nous organisons une Chasse au Trésor 🧐💰sur le campus de l'Université d'Ottawa le samedi 19 novembre de 15h à 17h.

Des équipes composées d'un minimum de 2 personnes et d'un maximum de 5 personnes recevront 10 énigmes pour trouver 10 cartes cachées sur le campus. Résolvez les énigmes pour trouver les cartes et dépêchez-vous pour être la première équipe à trouver les 10 cartes! L'équipe gagnante recevra une carte cadeau électronique de 100$ pour un endroit de leur choix! La chasse au trésor devrait durer une heure et des collations gratuites seront fournies pour une discussion sociale post-jeu. Nous nous retrouverons au CRX 308 à 15h.
