Participate in our study!
Levelling the Playing Fields is a project that aims to promote children's active transportation, independent mobility and free-play by implementing School Streets and Play Streets in Montreal.
The Levelling the Playing Field study is looking for parents to complete questionnaires on the topic of their children’s free play and independent mobility in urban contexts. The questionnaire can be filled in about 20 minutes, online or over the phone. It will be sent three times over a ten-month period (September 2021, February and June/July 2022) and will need to be completed with your child.
Your participation in this study will contribute to the development of safer, healthier living environments for kids and families across Montreal!

Changer les règles du jeu est un projet qui vise à promouvoir le transport actif, la mobilité autonome et le jeu libre des enfants par l’implantation de rues-écoles et de rues-ludiques à Montréal.

Dans le cadre du projet, le groupe de recherche de l’Université de Montréal et le Centre écologie urbaine de Montréal sont à la recherche de parents pour remplir un questionnaire sur le thème de la pratique du jeu libre et la mobilité indépendante de leurs enfants en contexte urbain. Le questionnaire peut être complété en environ 20 minutes, en ligne ou par téléphone. Il vous sera acheminé trois fois sur une période de dix mois (août 2021, février et juin/juillet 2022) et devra être complété en compagnie de votre enfant.
Votre participation à cette étude vous permettra de contribuer au développement de milieux de vie plus conviviaux, sécuritaires et favorables au développement des jeunes montréalais(e)s !
