Our physical and mental health are closely connected. When weโ€™re struggling with our mental health, it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with our physical health needs.

Taking small steps to care for our bodies can have a positive impact on how we feel and support our overall well-being.

This weekโ€™s session will focus on the connection between physical and mental health. Together, weโ€™ll explore:

โœ”๏ธ The connection between our physical and mental health.

โœ”๏ธ Why caring for our physical health can support our mental well-being.

โœ”๏ธ Quick and simple ways to care for our bodies that can build a sense of accomplishment and well-being.

โœ”๏ธ Longer-term strategies that may take more time, effort, and practiceโ€”but can have meaningful benefits.

โœ”๏ธ Practical ways to make caring for our physical health part of our overall mental health and wellness routine.

Whether youโ€™re looking for small, manageable changes or ways to build healthier habits over time, this session offers an opportunity to explore how caring for your body can help support your mind.

sessions are open, welcoming spaces to learn more about mental health and access helpful resources. This session provides a safe, judgement-free environment to develop practical skills and explore ways to support your mental health and overall well-being.
