Trent/Fleming Nursing Students' Association (TFNSA) represents all students enrolled in Trent-Flemin program.

Trent/Fleming Nursing Students' Association (TFNSA) promotes a spirit of unity and fellowship among the students enrolled in the Trent/Fleming B.Sc.N. Every student currently enrolled in the Trent/Fleming School of Nursing (TFSON) is a member of TFNSA. Within TFNSA is the TFNSA Executives, which are elected by Trent University nursing student body. The executives meet during the school year to plan social, professional development and academic support opportunities. TFNSA also raises funds for hospitals and other community organizations.

Calling all BScN students! Looking to strengthen your practical skills for critical care placements?

Join PRHC’s Stop the Bleed Training, an accredited program through the American College of Surgeons. Students will learn hands-on skills to help control bleeding in emergency situations, including proper techniques, dressings, and tourniquets. Certification will be provided upon completion and does not require renewal.

✨ A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A TRENT NURSING STUDENT ✨

We’re looking for nursing students to help us capture the real, everyday moments that make up student life. From early mornings and classes to study sessions, clinicals, skills lab, coffee runs, campus life, self-care, and everything in between! We would love to shed light on how every person although in the same program, has a variety of contributing factors that make their day unique!

Short video clips are preferred, but photos are welcome too.
No fancy editing or perfect content needed. If you are wanting to do a voice over, or put your own spin on things, that is welcome too!

We want to showcase the different experiences of being a Trent Nursing student and give future students a genuine glimpse into nursing school life. 💚

Hi everyone,

Thank you for your feedback over the past few weeks regarding the communication and action of the potential scrub change.

We have taken the feedback, and have intentionally created a plan of action that we will follow over the next few months. As you may have seen, there has been a scrub update instagram story post with a QR code, this code is the same on this poster. We are still utilizing this form, as the questions give us a proper baseline on feedback and results to then proceed to the next steps.
