Housing Department Appropriate Use Protocol The Housing page was created for students and staff to share and receive information regarding services provided by the Housing Department. Students using this site are asked to convey posts/questions/c...omments that are specific to servi......ces provided by the Housing Department. If a ...post/questio...n.../comment is considered to be outside the realm of services provided by the Housing Department it will be forwarded to the appropriate college department for follow up and may be removed from this site. Fleming College’s IT Appropriate Use Policy, Fleming College’s Students Rights and Responsibilities Policy and Facebook’s Rights and Responsibility Policy (found at http://www.facebook.com/terms.php) form the basis of this Appropriate Use Protocol and govern all posts on this site. Students must ensure that all posts are reasonable, respectful, and do not include profanity or hateful, demeaning or threatening content. Any perceived violation of the Appropriate Use Protocol and related policies will result in immediate action being taken by the College. The post will be immediately removed and the user blocked from further access to the site pending further investigation as per the Student Rights and Responsibilities Policy.
