Not sure about your first room choice being the perfect fit? Our new Room Swap option provides a simple way to exchange rooms with another student.
From July 8 to July 23, students can log in to the Student Housing Portal to participate in the Room Swap process. Within the portal, you can post your current room and browse available listings based on your preferred room type. 
If you find a suitable match, you can send a swap request directly through the system. Once both students approve the request, the swap will be processed and each student will be reassigned to their new space. Students are allotted up to 3 room swaps during this process.

The residence deadline is approaching! Still deciding where you want to live next year? Now is the perfect time to tour residence! Summer Residence-only Tours are running now until August 21, every weekday starting at 10:30 AM. This gives you the chance to check out rooms, study spaces, lounges, and more before important dates arrive. Make sure to tour before the Guaranteed Residence Deadline on June 3 and before Residence Self-Selection from June 22–27. Come see your home away from home! Link in bio to book.

Have you already chosen a roommate/suitemate for residence?
Whether you already have a roommate in mind or you need to find someone new, your chance is coming soon!
This video will guide you through the process of creating a roommate group and picking your space together or choosing a room on your own and get matched with someone compatible based on your preferences. You can build a roommate group when the Roommate Portal opens from June 8-17 - right before self-selection. Keep an eye on your email for more information.

The time to pick your own space is coming soon!
Residence self-selection will run from June 22 to the 27. Make sure to do some research on some of your preferred spaces beforehand so you are ready to make your choice when the time comes. We will send you an email with all of the information you’ll need to know about your timeslot.

Have you thought about having a mini fridge in residence? This is what you need to know:
Only fridges from Coldex (the approved provider) are allowed in residence. The good news? Coldex makes it super easy.

Let Coldex do the heavy lifting - just use the link in our bio to check for your different options and complete your order. They will deliver your fridge for move-in day!

Did you miss your timeslot? No need to stress, but don’t wait either!
You can still log in and choose a room, but your options may be limited. If you don’t pick one at all, you could be assigned a room, or other policies may apply.
So, set that reminder because your future residence awaits!

Wondering how the lottery system works?

Your room isn’t randomly assigned - you get to choose it yourself! Your selection will depend on your assigned time slot. We will send you an email in early June with your timeslot information - so be sure to mark your calendar for that date and time!

Apply and pay by June 3 so you can guarantee your residence spot.

Residence time slots are assigned through a lottery system, so you still have an opportunity at getting an earlier slot if you apply now. Complete your application by June 3 to secure your residence guarantee!
