Fleming DSW Program A four semester (2 yr) program teaching students the specialized knowledge and skills to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities and families

Developmental Services Workers (DSW’s) make a difference in the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities. They provide a wide variety of person centred assistance and supportive services to maintain and improve the quality of life for clients and their families in a variety of settings.DSW's inspire, advocate and facilitate inclusion.
