Megan, a Quality Engineering Management student at Lambton College, shares how hands-on learning helped her build confidence, skills, and career opportunities through her co-op placement at Mackwell Machining Ltd.

Through labs, audits, simulations, and real industry experience, Megan was able to apply what she learned in the classroom directly into her role in quality assurance and quality control.

As an international student from Cameroon and a French speaker, Megan also shares how the supportive community at Lambton helped her grow professionally and become more confident in English along the way 🌍💙

We had the pleasure of welcoming Aldo Martinez Carmona and Alexander Medina Palencia from Universidad Tecnológica de Durango in Mexico 🇲🇽 as part of the 2026 Winter International Mobility Program at Lambton College 🇨🇦

During their time with us, they experienced academic learning, cultural exchange, and life on campus here in Sarnia. It was great to see them engage, connect with students, and be part of our college community for the semester.

We’re proud to support global learning experiences that bring students together from different parts of the world and create meaningful connections beyond the classroom.
