✨Student Spotlight!✨Rochelle Wright (B.Mus., Cert. Jazz, & Cert. Drama; 2026) is looking forward to a busy summer! Rochelle will be performing with the Rochelle Wright Trio at the Saskatchewan Jazz Festival this summer! Joined by Ronin Sawitsky (bass) and Max Agnew (drums), Rochelle will be performing a set of jazz arrangements and original works inspired by the long tradition of great jazz piano trios! You can catch this trio of Usask Jazz Ensemble alumni at Bokeh in The Alt Hotel on Thursday, July 9, 2026 starting at 10:30pm.

Sean will spend the summer performing classical guitar at many events around Alberta and Saskatchewan (including the Sask Jazz Festival). He will be starting a Doctor of Philosophy in Music degree at the University of Alberta in the fall!!
