🚣‍♀We are inviting our Indigenous students to come out and try some fun watersports together, make some friendships, and enjoy a light lunch.

Join us for a fun afternoon around the fire as we make Bannock on a Stick! 🔥🥖

Bannock is an adored Indigenous food that has become part of many First Nations, Métis, and Inuit food traditions. While bannock was influenced by European ingredients and recipes, Indigenous peoples adapted it with the ingredients available, making it a meaningful part of our own food traditions.

This event is open to our Sault College community.

A heartfelt Chi Miigwech to the Sault Ste. Marie Indigenous Friendship Centre for the beautiful donation of Indigenous artwork to our centre. ❤️

After hosting their Reaching Home information session in Enji Maawnjiding, they generously gifted this beautiful piece to us. We are so grateful to have this meaningful artwork become part of our space and to carry its story, beauty, and spirit forward.

Sault College is seeking local Indigenous artists to be considered for upcoming creative projects on campus and in the community.

🤩We are looking to connect with artists working in:

-Murals & Public Art
-Design & Illustration
-Photography & Digital Art
And more!

This is an opportunity to share your talents, showcase your work, and help create spaces that celebrate Indigenous cultures, stories, languages, and community connections.

We welcome local Indigenous artists at all stages of their careers and encourage submissions from members of both Batchewana First Nation and Garden River First Nation.
