Academic Upgrading at Sault College Build your keyboard and digital literacy skills for education and employment. The Academic Upgrading Program may be the perfect choice for you!

Meet college entrance requirements or earn a grade 12 equivalency certificate by completing courses in English, math, the sciences, student success, and/or computer use. Do you want to study at an Ontario college but haven`t finished your high school diploma? Are you are missing a specific math, English or science course required to meet Ontario college admission requirements? Have you been out of

school for a number of years and wish to refresh your skills prior to enrolling in a college program? We offer high school course equivalents for English, math, physics, chemistry or biology for the purposes of entering Ontario colleges or apprenticeship programs. You can also refresh your skills to build confidence and prepare for college studies, and even earn your high school equivalency certificate (the ACE certificate) for entrance into college or apprenticeship programs. Qualified ACE-level students in our program may also take one college course tuition free (while enrolled in Academic Upgrading) in order to get a head start on their college careers!
