CLI College is a private career college that offers diploma programs in the fields of Healthcare and Business. All programs focus on developing the crucial skills graduates need to enter their chosen career fields. All CLI College courses are taught by practitioner-instructors who combine years of industry experience with excellent instructional abilities.

Our Developmental Service Worker (DSW) students begin placement after successfully completing required coursework and submitting all mandatory placement documentation, including a vulnerable sector check, medical requirements, CPR/First Aid certification, and any additional site-specific requirements.

Placements are designed to give students real-world experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in meaningful and person-centered environments. Students may complete placements in community programs, schools, day programs, residential settings, group homes, behavioural support programs, and other social service organizations.

Through practicum, students gain hands-on experience building communication, independence, emotional support, behavioural support, and community integration skills while working alongside experienced professionals in the field.
