We’re looking back at some of the memorable moments, and meaningful conversations shared during our CC5 Student Housing Groundbreaking Ceremony.
Throughout the event, members of our leadership team and project partners spoke about the importance of creating a living environment where students can feel supported, connected, and set up for success throughout their educational journey.
The planned residence will feature:
810 student beds
23 storeys
Study rooms, lounges, fitness and recreational spaces
Communal kitchens, dining areas, laundry facilities, and indoor/outdoor gathering areas
Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped celebrate this important milestone, including Health & Technology District, Lark Group, ICT Group, UniLodge Canada, and the City of Surrey.
More than a new building, this project reflects WCC’s continued commitment to student experience, community, and belonging.
