From building a strong foundation in Accounting at Melville School Of Business to leading one of BC’s most recognized wineries, Jennifer’s journey is a testament to where curiosity, courage and lifelong learning can lead.

Jennifer credits her time at Melville School Of Business with giving her the confidence to keep asking questions, embrace new opportunities and lead through change. Today, she champions a people-first approach to leadership, proving that great organizations are built by great people.
