The Crawling Crustaceans Masters swim team is looking for a coach!

Swim experience and coaching experience is necessary (NCCP/Swim Canada training or certification is an asset).
Looking for someone who can provide programming that supports athlete development, understanding adults’ interests in explanations, feedback, improvement, and fun!

Tues 8-9:30pm/Thursday 8-9pm at Kiwanis pool in Sydney. Pay is $25 per hour and includes creating workouts that are posted in advance to the Facebook group and on the whiteboard at practice, as well as coaching (instruction, feedback, observation, direction).
