Every hospital unit has one person who knows where everything is, who's on shift, which chart is missing, and why the transfer got delayed.

That's the Hospital Unit Clerk β€” and it's one of the most direct ways into hospital work.

If you're organized, calm under pressure, and want to work in a hospital without going the clinical route, this is the diploma for it.

Seven courses, fully online, start anytime. Most students finish in about four months.

You'll learn patient admitting and registration, chart management and electronic health records, unit coordination, and the confidentiality rules every hospital runs on.

Not sure yet? The Introduction to Health Care Delivery Systems Certificate is $295, and every dollar credits toward the diploma if you continue.

Some of the best community support workers started without a credential β€” helping a neighbour through a housing crisis, or being the person friends called when things fell apart.

The Community Support Worker Certificate is for people ready to make that official.

40 hours, fully online, on your own schedule. Most students finish in about six weeks.

You'll learn the frameworks behind the instincts you already have: how to build trust with someone in crisis, connect them to the right services, set boundaries that keep you steady, and document it the way agencies expect.

$895, or start today for $195 and pay the rest over time. If you decide to keep going, every dollar credits toward the Community Services Worker Diploma.
