International Student in Canada? Don’t skip tax season!

Even if you didn’t earn income, you’re strongly encouraged to file a tax return. The Canada Revenue Agency outlines benefits like refunds, tax credits, and access to government programs.

📌 Most international students on a valid study permit are considered residents for tax purposes — but your residency status depends on your individual ties to Canada. Make sure you confirm your status and documents you need to submit by attending our virtual Tax Information Session!

March 3rd, 2026
2:30 PM-4:00 PM via Zoom

Need an expert to file your taxes? We also offer free tax filing appointments.
