Enrollment is underway for our Designer Cakes program! Come join us, you may qualify for Second Career Funding. Take a look at this impressive STUDENT WORK! (Here's an interesting fact: Did you know that almost all of Toronto's top cake designers working today, came through our school?) Come learn from and WITH the very best in the industry! The new program begins February 27th and runs to April 28th. It's full time - 5 days a week, 7:30 am to 2 pm - so you will be immersed in the subject. Here's a sampling of what you will study:

· Wedding cakes

· Haute couture cakes

· Sculpted cakes with airbrushing, modelling chocolate

· Korean Buttercream floral piping

· Lambeth piping

· Figure modelling for making realistic cake toppers

· Couture cookies

· How to properly cost cakes

· Seminars on how to open a cake business, insurance, opening a bakery, marketing yourself in the industry

· Gumpaste flowers
