Laboratory for Infant Studies at UTSC

Laboratory for Infant Studies at UTSC At the Laboratory for Infant Studies we conduct basic research in infant perceptual and motor development.

Some of our research areas include vision, hearing, vision-hearing and vision-touch coordination, balance control, understanding of space, and development of walking. Our research, however, would be not be possible without the cooperation of the community. And so, we are appealing to you for assistance by participating with your children in some of our on-going projects. Participation in our studi

es usually involves a single visit of 20-30 minutes to our research lab located at the University's Scarborough campus. Appointments are available based on your availability from Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 4pm. Our current projects involve children between the ages of 6 months- to 3 year-olds.
