Thank you to Raymond and RPM Trailer Rental for renting us their 22’ enclosed trailer for our competition in the USA!

The nicest interior we’ve ever seen and all the mounting points we could have asked for.

Dear Blue Sky community, we’d like to give an update on our American Solar Challenge 2026 competition:

We are proud to have cleared scrutineering with all greens, demonstrating successful improvements on Aurora from last year. In particular, our dynamic scrutineering performance was impressive, clearing the Figure-8 and Slalom stations on our first attempts!

Once on track at the Formula Sun Grand Prix qualifier, our drivers together ran 30 laps at speeds up to 65 kph, totalling 150 km. Some electrical issues were encountered along the way, but our pace was on track for ASC qualification and a strong placement regardless.

Unfortunately, during our 31st lap, the car experienced a sudden failure of the carbon chassis and unlinkage of the lower control arm and upright. No injuries were involved, but we decided to withdraw from the remainder of the race and learn from this experience in preparation for the design of our next car.

Thank you for all the support! 💙🏎️🌞

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this year’s CAGIS event! ✨

We loved spending the afternoon with such an enthusiastic group of students and sharing the excitement of STEM through hands-on learning and exploration. Together, we explored the chemistry behind everyday phenomena through interactive experiments involving polymers, pH indicators, and the science of food.🧪

Thank you to the students for their curiosity, the parents for their support, the CAGIS team for their partnership, and our volunteers for making the event possible. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make the day such a success!

See you at the next one!
