Kappa Beta Gamma: Alpha Pi chapter is Toronto's newest international sorority.

*Kappa Beta Gamma is an international sorority that was founded in 1917 in Marquette University, Milwaukee. The sorority was built on a solid foundation with the motto: Character, Culture, and Courage. Kappa Beta Gamma promotes a spirit of friendship among its members, encourages high scholarship, and serves to uphold the interest of the University. Kappa Beta Gamma currently has 22 active Chapters in the United States and Canada.*

The Alpha Pi Chapter was founded by 9 sisters in the city of Toronto, Ontario in 2017; making it the 7th active Canadian Chapter.

“I’m in my first year at TMU for creative industries! I grew up in a small town and I’ve always wanted to live in a big city! My favourite things to do in my free time are shopping, thrifting, and getting dressed up for dinner with my girls!!

I chose to rush KBG because I think it’s important to meet new people, and form meaningful friendships through university! KBG has such a special group of girls and has made me feel so at home. I’m looking forward to so many experiences together and memories to be made!”

I’m a first year at TMU, studying Dance. I was born and raised in Windsor, and in my free time I love to shop, take Pilates classes, and try new foods!! 🛍️🤍🎀

I rushed Kappa Beta Gamma because I wanted to meet new people, make meaningful friendships, and be part of a community that makes university even more exciting. I’m so happy to be putting myself out there and can’t wait for all the memories, friendships, and experiences to come! 🎀🤍✨
