This past weekend, 12 brothers from the Theta Zeta Chapter traveled to Oxford, Ohio—the birthplace of Beta Theta Pi—to attend the 187th General Convention.

Throughout the weekend, brothers participated in legislative meetings, educational sessions, leadership programming, networking with brothers from chapters across North America, and celebrations of Beta’s history and traditions.

We are proud to share that our chapter received both the John Reily Knox Award, Beta Theta Pi’s highest chapter honour given to top performing chapters, as well as the Francis H. Sisson Award.

Receiving the Knox Award for only the second time in our chapter’s history marks a significant milestone for Theta Zeta and reflects the continued efforts of our undergraduate brothers, alumni, and general fraternity support.

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT: Moksh Shah

Moksh is a senior who grew up in Tokyo, Japan.

He joined Beta because he felt a real connection with the chapter, and over time it became much more than that. Through Beta, he was able to meet new people, build meaningful friendships, and build a strong network that made his university experience richer and more memorable.

Fun fact: Moksh works as a robotics engineer.
