ATTENTION INCOMING STUDENTS: The deadline to register for First-Year Learning Communities is 2 July!

Join a First-Year Learning Community (FLC)
Starting at U of T this fall? Build connections and set yourself up for success by joining a First-Year Learning Community (FLC). FLCs are small groups of first-year students who meet weekly, in person, to connect, learn and support one another during the transition to university.

Why join an FLC?
· Gain tips for academic success
· Build meaningful friendships
· Feel more confident in your first year
· Earn a transcript notation

This free co-curricular program is open to all incoming Arts & Science students. FLCs are especially valuable for students looking to build community early, including international, Indigenous, Black, commuter, first-generation and access program students.

Applications are open from June 2 to July 2, 2026. Apply at UofT.me/FLCs. For questions, email [email protected].
