Come dance with OLAS! We’re hosting a reggeaton dance event next week!

If you’re tried of moving side to side to the top reggeaton songs of our generation, OLAS has you covered 😜. At our reggeaton dance workshop you will learn fun and simple moves that will differentiate you from the crowd. This event is very low pressure and a chance to learn some new typical reggeaton steps as well as a routine you can build on. No experience required!

Can you speak Spanish at a fluent or conversational level? Are you interested in Scotiabank's Summer 2023 opportunities?

Join us for Scotia Spanish Night on Tuesday, January 17th from 4:00pm - 5:00pm EST. This virtual event will consist of a presentation of Scotiabank Internship/Co-op opportunities and attendees will also have the chance to listen to a Spanish panel consisting of past and current Interns and Co-ops. Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with various recruiters and students.

The UTSU Club Fair is coming back one last time this school year and OLAS once again will attend 😄!

Come join the OLAS Mentorship Program for the last study hub of the semester!

Everyone is welcome to join us during our study hub (especially our registered mentors and mentees)! We know it's a busy time in the semester so please drop in and join us whenever you can during these three hours, and bring your friends too! We will be providing some snacks and a quiet study space for those who wish to study with us!

We will be in room NR8 located in the basement of 45 Willcocks (New College) from 3:00-6:00pm Tuesday Dec. 13th. We hope to see you all there!

OLASSG is inviting you to our first dance event! Come learn 💃 BACHATA 🕺 with us!

We will be hosting a beginner friendly Bachata dance event where you will get to learn a routine and perform it in a fun and energetic environment 🔥 . We will start with a gentle warm-up before moving into the routine step by step. We will also be covering the history of the dance as well as the music that accompanies it, this is truly an event you do not wanna miss!

Some snapshots from our third Charlas! Working along side a gem and jewelry making expert Carlos Gonzalez everyone had the opportunity to make (and keep 😉) their OWN JEWELRY. Such an amazing opportunity OLAS had that day.

Special thanks to Carlos Gonzalez for providing the gems and stones as well and wire, string and the equipment used in the process ❤️❤️❤️.
