St. Michael's was proud to welcome acclaimed Irish writer Colm Tóibín to campus as part of the Craig Dobbin Legacy Programme. It was a privilege to partner with the Ireland Canada University Foundation and University College Dublin to organize an evening celebrating the cultural, academic, and literary ties between Ireland and Canada.

The Honouring Indigenous Aid exhibit, which originally launched at Regis St. Michael's Faculty of Theology, brings the story of First Nations’ generosity during the Irish Famine in 1847 to high school students.

This afternoon, the researchers and collaborators behind the exhibit come together for a panel discussion: In Conversation: Indigenous Gifts for Famine-stricken Ireland.
