The Indigenous Students’ Association at York (ISAY) is searching for volunteers for the upcoming All Nation’s Powwow taking place March 28, 2026! 🤍

ISAY is searching for two lead volunteers that will be tasked to organize the volunteers and assign stations. ✨

💚The Indigenous Students Association at York is very excited to release our OFFICIAL 22nd All Nations Powwow Poster! 💚

ISAY has worked very hard to reclaim our 22nd Pow-wow with our advocacy we have secured funding to reinstate the All Nations Pow-wow in 2026!

📍Join us on March 28th, 2026. Grand Entry at 12:00pm in Vari Hall Rotunda, York University! (4700 Keele St, Toronto, ON)

Event Highlights:
• Pipe Ceremony & Feast at 10:00am
• Indigenous Spring Market (20+ Vendors)
11:00am-5:30pm
• Dancer Registration at 11am - Honorarium to the first 50 dancers per category ONLY. (Including Smoke Dance)
• Men’s Grass Special Hosted by Chett Monague & ISAY Powwow Committee
• Tehota’kerá:ton Smoke Dance Category Hosted by ISAY
• “Come As You Are” Special Hosted by Doreen Scow
• Kiddies Corner Provided by YUFA
• Food Trucks Indigenous Cuisine

Everyone is welcome to attend this event (All Nations) with respects to our guidelines: NO drugs/ alcohol, service animals ONLY, Invited drums ONLY.

💚ISAY’s Vendor Applications are now OPEN for our upcoming Indigenous Spring Market! This will be a two day vendors market with over 20 spots, the second day will be during our All Nations Powwow!💚

💚Follow the linktree in our bio for our application form - or DM us, filling out the form will NOT guarantee a vendor spot. All elected vendors are required to pay a 50% non-refundable fee for their confirmation.

💚Deadline for applicants will be on March 6, 2026 at 5:00pm EST.

We just want to let you all know that we are NOT taking vendor applications at this time, for our upcoming powwow on March 28th, 2026.

Applications will open next month (Feb) the process will be via Google form & first come-first served (20 spots) along with a confirmation email from ISAY with further steps - Note: Please do not send table deposits until its requested by our team.

We have had a lot of interest and DM’s to reply to, we will post it on our Facebook when they open so please be keep up to date!

Round Dance ❄️
Date 📅: Saturday, January 17th, 2026.
Time ⏰: 4:00pm-8:00pm
Location: McLaughlin Junior Common Room (Room 014) York University.
NOTE: There is parking nearby for an hourly rate. ISAY is NOT responsible for parking payment.

We will be giving priority to ISAY Indigenous members who apply! There is a $50 vending fee otherwise, with a 50% non-refundable deposit ($25)!
