Bhakti Yoga, is a simple yet powerful technique that uses the energy of ancient sound vibrations to tap into the supremely attractive source of all happiness. It will be a guided meditation exercise, you will get take-away sheets with ‘Mantras’ or meditative chants that you can use through the evening. What do we offer :
Kirtan: We’ll spend joyous time chanting & singing together, and learning classical songs and mantras
Mantra : Deepen your understanding of repeating invocation to connect the mind to the Love Supreme guided by our trained instructors.
Legend : The stories behind the music!
Rhythm: Kartalas and Harmonium.
Melody: The harmonium is a beautiful part of Indian classical music and easy to learn to play. A little hands on feel of these instruments for those who desire.
To top it all we will be serving a delicious vegan dinner and dessert for our guests. So join us and make it a special week for yourself and for the world around you.
