"Spanning the Gaps – Ac

cess to Post-Secondary Education was developed based on the belief that education can break cycles of inter-generational poverty and social exclusion, and that higher education can transform lives and contribute to social cohesion, social stability, and a civic society. Our department is committed to playing a role in the Greater Toronto Area community by expanding educational opportunities and building educational capacity through programs such as Bridges to Ryerson, RUN, Road to Ryerson, and through Information and Academic Advising. Our goal is to increase post-secondary participation by young people and adults who might not otherwise interact with or experience post-secondary education."
