Hi everyone,
First of all, we are so glad to become officially recognized as a student group on the campus!😀
URAS at UTSC is a student-run organization of undergraduate students with a strong passion for perusing a research career in the future. We aim to provide students with mentorship programs that help them get a foot in the door working as a team of undergraduate researchers at UTSC. This program particularly targets students currently enrolled in any program in the department of biological sciences or chemistry and creates an incentive for research enthusiast to further improve their relevant skills so as to partake in actual research.
The program starts in early September 2019 but that is not to say we don’t need an executive team ahead of time!
