ReSurge: Canadian Film Festivals for a Liveable Climate begins tonight! Join Water Docs for their opening night event "Whose Rights?" streaming live tonight at 7pm EST. It will feature the film Invisible Hand by executive producer, Mark Ruffalo. Our Presenting Partner for this event is Hot Docs. This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Water Docs Film Festival. From its inception in 2012 and over the past decade, Water Docs have had the absolute pleasure of bringing you some of the greatest environmental films and documentaries about all things water.
