Marco... Polo! šŸ‘‹ The students of Prof. Purtle’s FAH 196: ā€˜Marco Polo's World’ kicked off the semester with a game in King's College Circle before diving into the real journey ahead.

This week and in the weeks to come, they're in the classroom, where they'll trace Marco Polo's travels across the medieval world through the cartography, art, architecture, and cities he encountered! šŸ—ŗļøā˜€ļø

At University of Toronto. Nope, reading for pleasure is not dead. The Mystery Librarian isn’t dead either. Whoever could it be?

STEIM foundation’s YouTube channel contains 631 public uploads documenting live electronics, instrument-building, workshops, and performance. Videos such as ā€œ2012 008 1ā€ and ā€œDavid Tudor (1)ā€ preserve encounters whose wider context is hard to recover from titles and descriptions alone.

The collection is public and still needs a catalogue connecting instruments, performers, places, and source formats.
