We ask Allah ﷻ to guide our team with sincerity and wisdom as we plan and host events that are pleasing to Him. May He allow our efforts to be a source of benefit for the community, a means of strengthening our faith, and a path that draws hearts closer to Islam. We pray that Allah accepts our deeds, forgives our shortcomings, and makes us among those who invite others to goodness. May He bless our journey, put barakah in our work, and grant us the ultimate reward of Jannatul Firdous.

Among the Sunnahs of our beloved Prophet ﷺ is the sunnah of fasting the White days (Al-Ayyam Al-Bid): The 13th, 14th, and 15th of every Islamic month. These nights are lit by the full moon, and are days the Prophet ﷺ regularly fasted and encouraged his ummah to fast as well. For the month of Rabee Al Awwal, these three days begin August 26th, in sha Allah.

It is narrated by ’Abdullah bin ’Amr bin Al-’As that the Prophet ﷺ said:
The fasting of three days (a month) will be equal to the fasting of the whole year.
(Sahih al-Bukhari 1979)

May Allah swt allow us to catch these blessed days and draw nearer to Him.
