Last week, our team had the opportunity to participate in a wellness retreat led by Keep Growing - Mindset & Nature Therapy. It was a wonderful chance to step away from our daily routines, connect with nature, recharge, and spend meaningful time together as a team.

Our retreat was held at the beautiful Seek Wilderness Accommodations in Truro. The event yurt was the perfect, peaceful spot to act as the homebase for our nature based activities.

Thank you to Lindsay Jennings for guiding us through a thoughtful and refreshing experience. We are grateful for opportunities that support wellness, connection, and personal growth.

The session was funded by the Workplace Wellness Grants Program at Dalhousie University.
