Compassion in action.

The Brethren of Landmark Lodge recently demonstrated the true spirit of Freemasonry by raising an impressive $2,125 in support of the Friends In Need Food Bank. On July 2, the donation was proudly presented to Kim Boekhorst, Executive Director of the Food Bank.

This generous contribution reflects the commitment of Landmark Lodge to supporting its local community and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

As the Lodge continues to experience renewed growth, welcoming new members and embracing fresh ideas, it is inspiring to see that spirit of fellowship being matched by a strong commitment to charitable service.

RWB Pat Fyffe and VWB Terry van Seters of Chemainus Lodge No. 114 were pleased to present President Kathy Asp and the Cowichan Neighbourhood House Association with the Lodge’s annual donation of $700 in support of their community programs and facility improvements.

During the visit, they were given a tour of the newly completed comfort facilities, including a bathroom and shower, which were constructed over the past year with assistance from the Lodge’s donation made in 2025.

Chemainus Lodge is proud to support organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families throughout our community.

Barclay Lodge No. 90 was honoured to support the Sage Haven Society in Port Alberni and this afternoon presented them with a donation of $2,000.00.

Sage Haven has over 45 years of promoting the safety of women, children, and youth in the Alberni Valley.

Supporting the next generation, Chemainus Lodge No. 144 presented the Slim Pritchard Memorial Bursary to two deserving recipients.

On April 13th, at our Lodge dinner, the Worshipful Master, RWB Pat Fyffe, was pleased to present the Slim Pritchard Memorial Bursary Certificate (and bursaries) to two former members of Job's Daughters, Bethel 11, in Ladysmith. Olivia Espey will attend VIU in Nanaimo to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree, and Audrey Skarvig is enrolled in the Nursing, Baccalaureate of Science Program at Camosun College in Victoria.
