Last week, we sent Niamh & AG to represent Alpha Phi at the Lewis Institute! At the University of Arkansas, our girls spent five days connecting, learning, and Doing Good with DGs.

We’re also incredibly proud of our one and only Marni Elyse who attended the Lewis Institute last year and is now an Intern there!

Here’s what our Niamh and Ava have to say about their experience:

“The Lewis Institute was an incredible experience that I’ll always be grateful for. Being surrounded by strong, motivated women who share a passion for serving their communities was truly inspiring. Through meaningful conversations, leadership development, and learning more about our strengths, I left feeling motivated to continue making a positive impact. Most of all, I’m thankful for the connections I made and strengthened along the way.”

“My time at Lewis was nothing short of amazing, and definitely an experience I will never forget! From meeting inspiring women from across North America to growing closer with Niamh throughout the week, every part of it was so special. Getting to connect with such passionate, inspiring women reminded me how incredible our sisterhood truly is - I can’t wait to visit all the girls I got close with!!!

Coming back to Vancouver, I feel much more confident in myself and my leadership abilities, and I’m excited to share what I’ve learned, bring back new ideas, and make a positive impact within my chapter. I’m incredibly thankful for this opportunity and for the amazing sisters and facilitators who made the experience so unforgettable! ITB🩷”

You know what day it is…

Today’s features our sweet girl, Raeya Dosanjh, from MC ‘25! Raeya is truly sunshine in human form and we couldn’t be happier to have her in our lives💫🩷 Here’s what Raeya’s :

“I joined DG because I loved how the girls could be incredibly motivated and inspiring while also being some of the funniest and most genuine people I’d met. I transferred to UBC in my third year and recruitment definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone (I was SO nervous), but it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve made.

What drew me in was the sense of community and how effortlessly everyone made each other feel included. Since Bid Day, DG has given me amazing friendships, endless laughs, and so many memories already. I feel so lucky to be surrounded by girls who encourage each other, celebrate each other’s wins, and never miss an opportunity to be goofy together. ✨💖⚓️”
