Our sister Sarah recently went on a small little round’ the world trip to France, Belgium, Australia, and New Zealand! Here’s what she had to say about her trip:

“Small round the world trip from Canada to Belgium to France, New Zealand and Australia. The past month has been filled with nothing but adventure, whether it was getting lost in Paris or going surfing in Bondi, or even waking up at 5 am to climb some of the active volcanoes in New Zealand, I was able to enjoy every bit of it.”

Here’s what Saya had to say about Taya:
“when i joined theta, i never imagined i’d find what i found in taya. instantly in our first conversation, i knew i’d found a best friend. since that day, taya has been the person i go to for literally everything, and no matter what, she’s always there to help. i’ve never met a person so selfless and empathetic, she’s genuinely one of the purest souls i’ve met. taya is one of the most resilient people i know, she can do anything she puts her mind too. i cant wait to see what she accomplishes in her life, and i’ll be her biggest cheerleader throughout it all. love you forever 💛✨”

Here’s what Taya had to say about Saya:
“saya and I met in third year and I’m so glad theta brought us together! with everything being online in online in 2020, I don’t think I would have survived my 3rd year without our late night FaceTime and zoom study sessions. Saya has been a constant support system for me ever since we met and is now one of my best friends and I can’t wait to see what the future holds for her!”

Meet Nana, a member of PC ‘22! Nana is going into her second year this upcoming fall and plans to major in Psychology and minor in International Relations. Hear why Nana thought theta:

When I first met the girls in theta, i felt welcomed and connected with them. Everyone is so inspiring and sweet and i remember wanting to spend more time with them and getting to know them more! and that’s why i joined theta. my no1 fav memory so far has been definitely the formal and im so excited for the next one already! joining theta was one of the best things in my first year and this chapter gave me so many amazing friends and the most amazing family and im so thankful for them! ❤️ can’t wait to spend more time with theta!13

Today we are featuring two incredible alumni, Jenna Beaudin and Kennedy Lemmon! Jenna and Kennedy recently went on a trip to Europe together with a few other Theta Alumna and here’s what Jenna had to say about their vacation:

“Picture this… I was sitting on the couch two weeks before my trip to Europe with my roommates who I met in Theta. One minute we are chatting about my upcoming trip , and the next thing I know, three of my best friends are booking a spontaneous flight to meet me in Mallorca, Spain! Needless to say, we had the best time! I am so grateful to Theta because it gave me the chance to get to know my group of best friends that I now share these amazing experiences with. I can’t wait for next time we travel together because I’m thinking we explore Greece and plan a little bit more in advance so the rest our theta gals can join us!! 🥰🥰”

This weeks feature: Mel Cevizci and Rachel Hettinga!

Here’s what Mel has to say about Rachel:

Ever since I met Rachel in our first year, she's been a constant in my life - She lights up every room she walks into and brings out the best in people. She's not just the most kindhearted person I've met, she's also the smartest. Still, she's incredibly humble, welcoming, and supportive. She'll be there to give you a warm hug when you're down & she'll lift you back up with her love and support. I am so lucky to call her one of my best friends and my better half.
I know she'll do anything she puts her mind to & I'm so excited to see what the future holds for her! She truly is a gem. love you babes.

Here’s what Rachel had to say about Mel:

If you told me 4 years ago I would've met the most amazing, intelligent, and fun person it wouldn't have prepared me for the wild adventures with mel. After we joined theta together I got to see more of the beautiful person she is. She always makes people feel welcomed and has such a contagious energy. Not to mention shes an absolute girl boss. Truly the definition of a leading woman. I'm so happy to call you my best friend and sister mel, ily 💞

This week’s feature is Melissa Chen and her summer job in Banff, Alberta!

“I’m in Banff working as a trail guide taking people into the backcountry on horseback, meeting some incredible people, and training some really cute ponies rescued from meat auctions. On my off days I get to go on lots of adventures and camp in the beautiful Canadian Rockies!”
