Today, the gentlemen of Phi Delta Theta want to pay our respects to those who fought to protect our freedom and our country. Among these is Lieutenant Robert Hampton Gray, a recipient of the Distinguished Service Cross and the last Canadian to be awarded the Victoria Cross. Gray was a former Phi, and it is he amongst many other brave soldiers that we attribute this day to. Happy Remembrance Day!

A truly incredible turnout for Drop the Puck for Mental Health. This is a milestone that represents the importance of mental health in everyone's lives and shows just how many people are dedicated to destigmatizing an issue that affects all of us every day, old or young. The money raised for CMHA Vancouver-Fraser, the incredible support given by organizations and donors, and the countless hours of planning from everyone involved are unbelievable, and we couldn't be more proud to celebrate it all tonight!!

A very big thank you. Tonight, we Drop The Puck! Hope to see everybody there!

In just three days, Phi Delt's storied rivalry on ice with Beta Theta Pi - University of British Columbia adds a chapter with its first philanthropy game, Beta & Phi Delt Present: Drop the Puck for Mental Health 2018. The brothers of Phi Delt are pleased to continue to shed light on the important issue of mental health, with all proceeds headed to the Canadian Mental Health Association.

Head over to the event page to grab a ticket, check out alternative donation options, or learn about the many mental health resources available at UBC and beyond.

This will be a showdown for the ages, folks. See you there!
